Are all reported reviews removed?
No. Google alone decides on every removal. Our system only checks, reports and documents – Google makes the decision based on its own policies.
Which reviews can be reported?
Those that violate Google's policies: spam and advertising, insults, fake reviews and entries from people who were never customers.
Can legitimate negative reviews also be removed?
No. Legitimate criticism is not a policy violation and will not be removed by Google. In that case no invoice line is created.
What exactly does BewertungsHeld do?
The platform imports your reviews via an authorised connection, identifies potential policy violations, submits reports to Google for review, monitors the result and then creates the invoice.
Do I pay if the review stays online?
No. You are billed exclusively per confirmed removal. If a review remains, no invoice line is created for it.
Is BewertungsHeld affiliated with Google?
We use the official Google Business Profile API to read your reviews. There is no direct relationship with Google LLC in the sense of a partnership.
How is billing handled and how do I receive the invoice?
Once processing is complete, the invoice is numbered automatically, generated as a PDF and sent by email. It is available for download at any time in the customer portal and on the status page.
