General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to the use of the online service "BewertungsHeld" by entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

§ 2 Subject matter of the service

The subject matter is the review of reviews for violations of Google's policies, the preparation and transmission of reports to Google, and the automated verification of the result. Google alone decides whether a review is removed. No success is guaranteed.

§ 3 Users, access, obligations

Access requires a Google account with access to the business profile to be reviewed. The user is obliged to connect only their own profiles and not to enable unauthorised access by third parties.

§ 4 Remuneration

Remuneration is charged per confirmed removed review according to the tier published on the pricing page. No remuneration is charged for reviews that were not removed. Invoices are created and delivered automatically once processing is complete.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made via PayPal. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.

§ 6 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body and health. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

§ 7 Term and termination

The contract ends when the order has been fully processed. Beyond that, both parties may terminate at any time. Services already rendered will be invoiced.

§ 8 Data protection

The privacy policy on this website applies.

§ 9 Final provisions

German law applies. To the extent permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office.
